Warranty Work
Do you require maintenance or repair services covered by warranty? We can help. We perform all maintenance and repair services on components in your steam room covered by manufacturer warranty. Submit a request for our warranty service and let us repair and/or replace (at manufacturer’s discretion) your steam unit and its components.
We will investigate and diagnose issues with your steam unit then speak directly to the manufacturer, on your behalf, about your service contract, identify what is covered and determine what, if any, financial responsibility you may have to cover labor, parts, or shipping. We also perform pre-warranty expiration service to ensure that your steam unit is functioning properly and fix any issues prior to your warranty’s expiration date.
Types of Warranties
Steam units come with different types of warranties, some of which may include:
- In-factory warranties
- In-home labor warranties
- Warranties on parts
- Lifetime warranties
We urge our customers to read their contract’s fine print and familiarize themselves with the parameters and limits of their warranties. As we all know, warranties exist to help protect a consumer’s investment and lifetime warranties, when provided, afford greater benefits and financial advantages in the long run.
Warranty Service
It doesn’t matter where you purchased the steam unit and its components. We will honor your warranty as long as the service contract is valid.
Important items we need to begin investigating warranty service include the following:
- The manufacturer
- Steam unit model or type number
- Serial number
- Voltage, Phase and Kilowatts
- Control model
- Description of problem
- A picture of the units and controls always helps
You can find most of this information on an identification plate located on the side of the steam unit. If you have trouble identifying any of the above items you can also send us pictures and we can usually identify the items by sight.
Many clients wonder how we can service a warranty we did not issue. The answer is simple: we have a relationship with most major steam unit manufacturers. Our existing manufacturer relationships allow us to fix your steam issues in a timely manner. When buying your steam unit, it’s good to keep your receipt as this can expedite warranty work.
Don’t worry about being out of range from your original vendor because our warranty work, if covered by the manufacturer, will take care of your repair needs. Skilled, qualified professionals handle all our services.
We can take over where others have left off or gone out of business. Our thirty-plus years of experience give us the confidence and required know-how to step into most situations and finish the job, fulfilling our customer’s needs.
